Hey guys!!
A must have in my pantry-bathroom-cleaning products is Baking Soda
I use it for so many things.
Mouth sores for kids and adults: make a paste with a teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teaspoons of water with a Q-Tip dab some in the sores or use it as mouth rinse.
I unclog my sink once a week: Boil water then I add baking soda in the kitchen drain, add some vinegar wait 15 mins and rinse with boiling water.
Always put a bit in the kids bathtub especially when they were babies and had diaper rashes.
I can make paragraphs that last forever so here’s a little list and if you need more details email me and I’ll send you specifications:
Drains, laundry when washing, clean my kitchen sink, baking, fridge clean and deodorize, exfoliate face, brush teeth….
I always keep a box under my sink in the kitchen, one with my cleaning products and one in the bathroom.
For more details email me!!

For those of you who follow my wedding plans and would like a small update: since it’s still (almost) a year away and I have already booked the important things, I’m kind of on a stand by (cause its still early) in order to finalize details and book the rest of the vendors. For now I’m planning a small, cozy engagement party for September. So I’m concentrating on that for now. 😉
(I may not talk about her everyday, I may not talk about it very often either but I think of her literally every DAY. Ever single moment that passes I miss her even more. She’s always in my heart and I love her!! To my number one fan, as usual! ❤ )
Famous summer lipstick swatches!
I always show you ladies my Raffael lipsticks because that’s the only brand of lipstick I wear. They’re creamy, long lasting, pigmented, they don’t dry up and I can finish my latte and there’s still color on my lips, c’mon that’s AMAZING :P… I posted a review on raffael lipsticks if you need more details go read it.
Here are the swatches of summer hits:
The only one that is missing is Bambi #87 (i forgot it at my sisters house 😛 )
Peony is a pink coral bright color, completely matte. Perfect with a winged liner and barely need to touch up because of the pigment.
Pretty smart is an almost red-pinky matte but has shine (not shimmer) but leaves a luscious look. This too paired with a winged liner or a very light smudged liner with lots of mascara, would look great.
Bibi is a light orange with an ever so slight shimmer leaving lips cool and silky looking for a summer “wet” look. A natural smokey eye would look amazing with this lip color.
Pussycat is a completely matte, nude with a orange undertone. Great with a dark smokey eye either black, green, brown, purple… anything!
Dewy is the perfect shiny (again, not shimmery) luscious nude with a pinky-purple undertone as compared to pussycat. Great for any look, nude look, smokey, winged liner…
Hope you all find your perfect summer shades. Oh and don’t be afraid to test different colors sometimes a lipstick can change your entire look 😉

Hello Girlies!
This weekend I’m giving a makeup class to a birthday party for teens and it inspired me to make a post for you girls! Most young teens are still very new at the whole makeup thing and don’t know what is age-appropriate in their daily makeup bag. So here we go:
note this is only a suggestion. You don’t NEED all this
For base, using foundation might not be necessary since its very heavy and cakey. A better product choice would be a good tinted moisturizer or a BB cream would be sufficient. (see my tinted moisturizer post)
To seal the tinted moisturizer, a translucent powder will do wonders and absorb any oil residue without piling up color.
Concealer ONLY to cover blemishes when necessary and it should be the exact same color of your skin tone.
For eyes, a brown or black mascara to define eyes.
Last but not least a lipgloss that’s one tone darker than your natural lip color. If you’re not sure stick to a light pink, you can never go wrong! 😉
To apply your base use disposable sponges and change them regularly or use clean dry fingers. Make sure you toss your used sponge and have clean hands cause you don’t want to spread bacteria on your face. That can cause blemishes and black heads.
You don’t have to have all of these products, you might have less or you might put more but this to me is more than enough. Don’t forget you’re a teen and you’re all beautiful the way you are! Makeup does NOT make someone more beautiful. Everyone has beautiful features and each in your own way. It’s all about learning to love yourself the way you are ❤
**Also NEVER share any cream products, mascara, eye liner or anything that goes to your eyes. It contains a lot of bacteria you can get infections by doing so. Please avoid sharing, it’s for your own good!! 🙂

Hello Beauties!!!
I said I was going to post my wedding planning but I won’t be giving out locations or anything like that. It will be more like how I manage my things. So here we goooooooo!
We’ve been going out now for 2 years and 3 months, he proposed on our 2nd year anniversary. So later on that night, we took the time to call most of our close family members and good friends to announce the good news over the phone.
NOTE: Important people shouldn’t find out through social media, it’s really not classy.
We hadn’t discussed details that night, we actually took the time to enjoy our happiest moment ever and our evening out!!
The only thing we discussed was approximately when and in how long we wanted the big day to occur. We decided we wanted to wait a year and a half for certain reasons. So all we had decided that night was probably around Spring-Summer 2014.
That very same week we got engaged we started getting down to business right away :P. We told ourselves the more time and the faster we start planning, the less we’ll stress and be more in control of the planning, the ideas and the budget. We decided to do it in May 2014 and we made a budget (AND STICK TO IT). We even started our registry and told everyone for our next birthday gifts, christmas gifts or any other occassion that we’d prefer getting things for our house instead of random things 😉
The way we thought of planning things would be setting priorities so from the most important to the less urgent thing to book or decide on. According to our generation and the way couples are in our area; everyone books in advance when I say in advance I mean 8-14 months ahead for the reception at least. It’s important to book the reception early because they book really quickly. So we started to research which halls interest us.
Our main priorities (the 3 most important) to book were: Ceremony, reception (food included) and entertainment! 😀 So we researched all halls that interest us and what they were offering for our budget and we end up choosing the one that suited our needs the most. We also booked the Dj and our Church.
Our next step (we’re at this stage now) is researching photographer and videographer and start thinking of ideas for flowers, transportation, decor options…
The important thing is to have lots of visual ideas, print and save ALL your ideas. Email yourself if you have to, take notes and keep everything because it doesn’t take much to forget, lose or even misunderstand information between suppliers. Keep everything in one place so you know where to go for the information you need.
That’s it for now. I’ll be giving a little update in a few months!! Happy Planning xox
Ok no transformers here, but if you think about it properly it does kinda seem like that. Face primers and eye primers DO transform. I’d like to share with you guys my favorite primers for eyes and face and for what skin types. This is my opinion and from my experience so far, it can be differ from person to person and may not necessarily work for you.
Eyes:
In general they pretty much all work but some have different texture and finishes therefore have a slightly different outcome. Personally I use all of them but depending on the look I want to acheive I alternate but these are my favorites.
The best so far is Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. This is ideal for most type of eyes and looks, but I find it holds the color very well and easy to blend colors over it and layering. It goes on with a slightly oily feel but has a nice silky finish without being oily.
My second choice would be Raffael cosmetic Prime Time. This has a thick texture wich allows you to layer and put a nice amount of eyeshadows especially with black or vibrant colors. It holds it in place and does not crease but it’s not ideal for people who have very oily lids.
My third choice is MAC’s paint pots in any shade. This too goes on very creamy and oily feel but dries as a powder, there is a variety of shades that can even be left alone with no worries of creasing. You can play with the eyeshadows to get different looks. This is good for anyone but idealy for people with very oily lids.
Face:
Here it’s tricky there are soooo many to choose from and the choices are tough…
Oily: Best bet is to go for MAC’s mattifying gel. Soaks up all excess oil leaving a matte clean look. If you don’t fully want the matte look you can always go for the next one.
Combination: Smashbox Photo finish primer. It evens out skin tone, leaves you with a perfect canvas for foundation or powder.
Dry: (smashbox would work as well) but my favorite is Cover FX Anti-aging primer. The reason why I like this one is because when your face is dry it tends to “crack” in some areas. This has a slight oily finish which slightly fills in those “cracks” and leaves a nice clean, dewy finish. Also good for people who have fine lines and wrinkles.
The importance of primers: it’s self-explanitory, it preps your face for a better finish. It creates a good base for your foundation or powder and holds it much longer than putting your foundation alone. Many people have spent so much money on products which thought they did not get the results they expected but that’s because they never put a base. That’s why you hear people say they want a long lasting foundation cause the one they have doesn’t hold. Sometimes you don’t need all that crazy coverage foundation, all you need is a good base and a decent tinted moisturizer (please review my tinted moisturizer posted a few months ago to save money on this).
I hope this helps some of you with your daily routine and helps you save money on “disappointing” products when sometimes all you need is a good base.
Happy Valentine’s day to you all!!

Wedding season’s here! I had a wedding last weekend and this is what I wore:
Dress: Light Yellow with gold beading at the neckline from Forever 21
Belt: Gold chain. It was actually the strap from my clutch and it was too short to double it and tie it, so I clipped them to make a loop in the front.
Shoes: Gold strappy sandals from Aldo
Clutch: Gold and pink-beige from H&M
Bracelet: Gold detailing with little flowers and silver gems from Forever 21
Earings: Bronze with gold, flower shapped. Bought them from a store in Florida 3 years ago so I don’t remember haha! Sorry.
Makeup: I used a shimmery navy for the smokey effect with gold and a shimmery neutral. For lips nude color. The navy made the green from my eyes stand out. Wanted to keep it simple.
I mixed different shades of neutrals and metalics like different shades of golds, bronze.
The point is, you don’t have to have the exact same gold everywhere or bronze. I stayed in the same tones that’s how it works.
